Accepting orders
You can place an order online around the clock at The order is processed within a day (excluding weekends and holidays), after which the manager will contact you to clarify the availability of the ordered goods, the address of the transport company's warehouse, and the delivery time.

Without any product, the operator will contact you and offer a similar product as a replacement.

Dispatch is carried out from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Please note that:
  • Free shipping is available for orders of 1000 UAH or more.
  • Otherwise, the shipping cost is paid by the Buyer.
  • The goods are stored at the branch of the transport company for 5 days, after which they are automatically returned to the sender.
  • It is imperative to inspect the goods before receiving them. Otherwise, no claims regarding the appearance will be considered.
Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out to the branch of the transport company Nova Poshta. The cost is according to the carrier's tariffs.

Free delivery by Nova Poshta for orders from 1000 UAH.
Delivery to Europe is calculated according to Ukrposhta tariffs
Payment is made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine.

Payment for the order can be made on the website from any bank's bank card.

All orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 15.00, on Saturday and Sunday or on holidays will be shipped on the first business day.

We do not ship orders without prepayment.
Return of goods
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", you can always refuse any delivered goods upon receipt of the order.

If you find a product of inadequate quality, you can call / write to us and get a replacement product or a refund.

Requirements for returnable goods
To return the product, you must provide the product purchased in the Savvy Foods online store and the original document confirming the receipt and payment by the buyer of the product through the online store.
Upon receipt of the goods, confirmation that the return requirements are met, and the necessary documents are completed, we will refund your money or replace the goods of inadequate quality.

Refunds are made in the same way as you paid for the order.

Please note that when paying by credit card, the refund period depends on the policy of the card-issuing institution.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the return of goods is possible only if the Receipt and the non-conforming Goods are preserved.
