1.4. Personal data is processed entirely using automated means. The Owner's servers are located in Ukraine and may also be located outside of Ukraine to the extent not prohibited by applicable law.
2. Purpose of personal data processing
2.1. The purpose of processing the personal data of the Users is to provide information services, register the Users of the Online Store and its administration, ensure effective communication and support of the Users, organize feedback, as well as analyze statistics on the use of the Online Store, the needs of the Users, maintain analytical reporting on the quantity, quality, and other indicators, assess the relevance, level of information services provided, improve and optimize them, as well as stimulate sales, advertising, market research, etc.
3. Composition of personal data and other information about the Users
3.1. Personal data is processed in a form that allows the identification of the individual to whom it relates and consists of information provided by the Users themselves when registering in the Online Store and placing an order, provided in any other way, or saved automatically while using the Site.
3.2. The personal data to be processed consists of general information about the individual – surname, name, patronymic, gender, date of birth, phone number, e-mail, city of residence, and delivery address.
3.3 In addition to the personal data provided by the Users themselves, data may be collected and used using Google services, other search engines, and social networks in accordance with the rules for providing information by service providers and in compliance with the requirements of the law and the privacy conditions set by the User in these servers, including information that does not identify a particular User but is in some way related to him or her. Such information includes domain names, information about IP addresses, Internet service providers, browser types of the Participants, the source of links to the Online Store, and other information about the client environment. Unlike personal data and information related to a person, Aggregate information does not allow the identification of a person and is anonymous.
3.4. The personal data of the Users provided in the registration forms are not verified, and the Owner is not responsible for their accuracy to third parties in the event of their legal transfer.
4. Transfer of personal data and other information of the Users
4.1 The Administration will distribute personal data and other information of the Users to third parties in compliance with the general purpose of personal processing data defined by this Policy and fulfill the requirements of the established personal data protection regime.
4.2. Users provide unequivocal consent to the transfer of personal data to third parties who have gained access to such personal data in the course of using the Online Store in order to correctly provide services that could not be provided without such transfer of personal data (in particular, delivery services, couriers, etc.). Users shall not be notified of each such transfer of personal data to third parties.
4.3. Users' personal data may also be transferred to other third parties who have undertaken to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and are able to protect personal data. Such third parties may be business partners, investors, service providers, subcontractors, contractual counterparties, affiliates, providers, representatives, responsible employees, etc.
4.4. Personal data is transferred without the consent of the Users only in cases directly established by the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as if it is necessary to protect against fraud, abuse, misuse, or illegal use of the Service.
4.5. The Administration may transfer non-personally identifiable information and aggregate information to any third parties without the consent of the Users.
5. Ensuring the protection of personal data
5.1. The Administration strives to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data and information of the Users and takes all necessary adequate measures to save the data. However, no data transmission over the Internet can guarantee complete security.
5.2. The Administration uses various physical, technical, and organizational security measures that it considers necessary to ensure security and prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Such measures include restriction of physical access to offices, access to personal data only by specially authorized employees, use of only software and software mechanisms from reliable developers, secure databases, etc.
6. Personal data retention period
6.1. Personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected unless otherwise required by law.
6.2. The Administration may store personal data for a certain period of time after the User has stopped using the Online Store.
7. The rights of Users to access personal data, correct, clarify, modify and delete them
7.1. The rights of Users regarding their personal data are defined in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
7.2. Users have the right to access their personal data. A response on whether his/her personal data is processed and the content of such personal data shall be provided upon a written request of the User within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.
7.3. Users have the right to change, correct or clarify their personal data. Such actions are carried out in the electronic account or at the request of the User sent by mail, e-mail, or by the means of communication specified in the contact information of the personal data owner.
7.4. Users have the right to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data, as well as to submit a reasoned request to object to the processing of their personal data or to change or destroy their personal data if there is reason to believe that this data is processed illegally or is unreliable. In this case, the use of the Online Store will no longer be possible.
7.5. Users have the right to withdraw their consent to processing personal data at any time. In this case, using the Online Store will no longer be possible.
7.6. Users have the opportunity to refuse to receive advertising and marketing materials at any time by marking the appropriate note in their account or by sending a request.
7.7. Users can contact the Administration at any time if they have questions about processing personal data, privacy policy, or other issues.
8. Other provisions

In this case, the use of the Online Store will no longer be possible.
