Terms and conditions of use Savvy Foods online store

By using the online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions of its use from the moment you register on it or place an order.

1. The use of the Online Store means that the User unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Public Offer to conclude an agreement (offer).

2. Please note that the goods (ordered item) may not be available at the time of shipment. The Seller is not responsible in this case. In this case, according to the Buyer's wishes, the goods can be replaced with a similar one or excluded from the order (in case the User does not agree to replace the Goods).

3. The goods ordered with delivery are delivered at the prices fixed in the User's order.

4. Please note that the recalculation of the order value can be made, in particular, but not exclusively, in the case of
- making changes to the order at the request of the User or with his/her consent (until it is completed and transferred for delivery),
- in case of replacement of the goods in the order or change of the delivery address, which may lead to a revision of the cost at the time of update.

5. The Online Store contains materials, trademarks, trade names, and other materials protected by law, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphic images, music, and sound works. The laws of Ukraine protect all content of the Online Store.

6. The User undertakes not to post or send through this Website any materials that are or may be reasonably interpreted as:
- defamatory, obscene, offensive, inciting racial hatred, discriminatory or blasphemous;
- violating any obligations of confidentiality, privacy, or trade secrets;
- violate the proprietary rights of any third party or for which you have not obtained all necessary licenses and/or permissions; or violate any other law.
