Avocado oil is a unique vegetable oil with very specific benefits. Most vegetable oils extracted from seeds, while avocado oil is obtained from the fresh pulp of the fruit. Most fruits contain many carbohydrates, while avocados are rich in healthy fats, which is very rare nowadays.

Avocado oil has only recently become widely available, but it has already gained popularity as an excellent "superfood" ingredient. First, due to its composition: potassium, iodine, barium, sodium, cobalt, zinc, silicon, magnesium, calcium, copper, vitamins E, A, PP, C, K, F, chlorophyll, and proteins – essential microelements for the human body.
Interesting fact: Archaeological excavations have shown that humanity used the fruit for food 10 thousand years ago, and in 500 BC, the first attempts to cultivate the plant were made. But the avocado came to Europe by the 16th century after the Spaniards began to expand into Latin America. In the 90s, the fruit was listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the most nutritious in the world.
